Are you experienced in reception and secretarial work? Do you have excellent people skills and are you a team player? Our busy office in Rockhampton is looking for a mature minded person, with good communication skills and recent clerical and reception experience.

About the Role: As a Receptionist at H&R Block, you will:
* Answer the telephone and be the first contact for our clients.
* Schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
* Provide general reception desk and clerical tasks as required.
* Utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
