Job Overview
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is seeking a senior executive to lead its national communications, engagement and education functions.
This critical role will shape and deliver strategies that build awareness of NDIS participant rights, strengthen provider capability, and enhance the regulator's reputation as a trusted authority.
* Develop and implement national communications, media, campaigns and engagement strategies with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
* Oversee educational resources explaining NDIS providers' obligations under the Code of Conduct.
* Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including governments and the disability sector.
* Ensure all communications are inclusive and accessible.
* Identify new digital opportunities and platforms to enhance communications approaches.
About You
* You have extensive experience in communications, engagement and/or education, preferably in a regulatory or human rights context.
* You possess strong leadership, strategic influence and stakeholder management skills.
* You have demonstrated commitment to disability rights and inclusive practice.
