**Position: Supply Chain Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and delivery;
- Develop and optimize delivery schedules, manage and allocate delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment;
- Coordinate warehouse operations, monitor inventory levels, and improve order accuracy and efficiency;
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order flow from purchase to delivery;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and other stakeholders;
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives;
- Lead, train, and mentor the supply chain and delivery teams to enhance operational capability;
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in retail, FMCG, homeware, or related industries;
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and LMS systems; strong skills in inventory management and route optimization;
- Previous experience in delivery driver scheduling and team management is highly desirable;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute supply chain solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
