Job Title: Retirement Living Coordinator
This is a permanent part-time opportunity to join our supportive team in the North Metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate Independent Living Units, handle enquiries and administration, assist with resident transition, promote welfare and manage assets.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
* Prioritise workload, allocate tasks effectively and maintain a professional image.
* Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities and computer competence.
* Understand customer service standards, demonstrate empathy towards elderly residents and have relevant qualifications in business management or human services.
* Current WA driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
