W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Concierge Supervisor. In this role, you will be a dynamic individual joining a high performing team. You will assist the Concierge Manager or their designate, in the day-to-day operations whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to act with integrity at all times. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Lead a team of great talents to deliver on brand experiences every time
- Support the Concierge Manager with talent management
- Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Valet guest cars in an efficient and safe manner
- Current Drivers License
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Energized in a fast paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
