**Passion Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of landscape gardeners, providing guidance and support.
2. Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work.
3. Client Relations: Liaise with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
4. Garden Maintenance: Perform garden maintenance tasks, including pruning, planting, and irrigation system management.
5. Health and Safety: Ensure a protected working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
Must provide a tax file number
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Landscaping: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Certificate III Horticulture (or equivalent) (required)
- Full Driver Licence + Vehicle (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
