We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.We require a Service Compliance and Metrologist that can support the Keysight Australia Calibration Laboratories.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:KGSO Aus converge into KGSO-East quality system, processes and tools.Oversees calibration and testing procedures to maintain technical accuracy and compliance.Acts as an Accreditation Signatory, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory requirements.Provides technical expertise in metrology, measurement systems, and laboratory operations.Leads ETE (Equipment, Test & Evaluation) Management and Traceability, ensuring proper control over calibration and measurement processes.Owns Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standard.Develops, improves and implements quality policies, procedures, and documentation.Manages monthly quality metrics reporting and drives continuous improvement initiatives.Handles and resolves customer escalations related to calibration and quality issues.Liaises with internal audit and external accreditation bodies, ensures compliance with audit requirements.Oversees the qualification and maintenance of the Approved Vendor List.QualificationsDegree and/or 7+ years of related experience.
