Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant.
* As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the home, including vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting, polishing, and general tidying. You will also be responsible for cleaning bathroom facilities and attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables, and other equipment or furniture located in residents' rooms.
Additionally, you will contribute to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day, building strong relationships with our residents and their families, and being part of a dynamic team that prioritizes resident-centered care.
