Job Description:
As a specialist in battery operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence across our statewide battery program.
The position involves managing statewide battery inventory, monitoring stock levels, and facilitating restocking across facilities to ensure seamless service continuity. This includes providing technical support on batteries, testing equipment, and fitment to Patrols, Technicians, and Contact Centre teams.
You will be responsible for building capability through creating training materials and communications that enhance technical competency across operational teams. Additionally, you will drive improvement by supporting product updates, process enhancements, and promotional initiatives to elevate member experience and operational efficiency.
Key performance indicators include monitoring costs, analyzing data, and contributing to budget planning activities. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all battery operations.
