About This Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting our clinicians by coordinating visits across preschools in the region.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, data entry, payroll tasks, clinic organization, and resource management to ensure efficient operations.

This position also supports a service where duties involve appointment booking, welcoming families, medical typing, and administrative functions that contribute to a positive patient experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
