Qualifications & experience
* We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehab Consultant
* Strong communication skills - verbal and written
* Client centric focus
Tasks & responsibilities:
Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant your role will include:
* Case management of clients with physical and/or psychological injury/illness
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on recovery and return to work
* Conduct a wide range of assessments, including Initial Needs Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Assessments, Activities of Daily Living, etc
* Attend Medical Case Conferences with various specialists/health practitioners.
* Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Employers, Insurers and Brokers
