About the Role
As General Manager, you will have full accountability for the overall performance of the hotel. You will lead all operational, commercial, and people functions, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while driving sustainable financial results.
This role requires a hands‑on leader who is equally comfortable on the floor with the team as they are engaging with owners, stakeholders, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong, visible leadership to inspire and develop a high‑performing hotel team
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance
* Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control in line with agreed budgets and targets
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance at all times
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community
* Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety, employment, and regulatory requirements
* Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence
* Represent the Park Regis and Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide brands positively in the market
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader within a comparable hotel environment
* Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving financial performance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A hands‑on, adaptable leadership style suited to a dynamic regional hotel environment
* Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest experience
* Ability to lead, motivate, and retain a diverse team
* Australian work rights are required
