A painting mentor and trainer is needed to support the delivery of a structured painting traineeship program on a major oil & gas project in Darwin. This role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule.

* Act as the primary mentor and point of contact for Painting/Coating trainees
* Deliver both theoretical and practical components of the traineeship in accordance with an approved Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS)
