Family Support Worker – Full Time position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Family Support Worker who is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of this community. You will have a demonstrated understanding of the unique health issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander infants, children, and families.
* With a Bachelor of Health Science, Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Health, Aboriginal Health Studies Certificate 4, or related qualifications/experience in Aboriginal health, you will work with families to assess, consult, and provide case management, group work, education, supportive counselling, and referrals as required.
* This position requires you to be actively involved in the community, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
