The Shire of Murray is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Duty Supervisor on a casual basis. Working at the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre, the successful applicant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Murray Leisure Centre and provide high levels of customer supervision, safety and education, while ensuring customers achieve and enjoy high levels of service.
As the Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre is open seven days a week, hours of work may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive (including early morning and evening work).
Key Duties
* Monitor pool log and log conditions and take corrective action as required.
* Assist in maintaining the facility and grounds in a clean and safe condition.
* Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of all Murray Leisure Centre services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* LIWA Pool Operator Certificate
* Apply First Aid/CPR
* Proven public relations and customer service skills
* Well-developed time management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including ability to negotiate and resolve conflict in an appropriate manner
* Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
* Learning and development programs
* Health and Wellbeing initiatives
