A clean, well-maintained environment isn't just about presentation, it directly impacts how people feel, recover and thrive.

As a Service Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a space where residents feel safe, comfortable and supported in their day‐to‐day lives.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same, but you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the site
* Managing laundry services for residents and the facility
* Cleaning resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms and offices
* Keeping kitchens and shared spaces hygienic and well‐stocked
* Supporting residents with daily living skills like cleaning and laundry
* Monitoring and maintaining cleaning supplies and stock levels
* Contributing to a safe and healthy work environment

What you'll bring

You don't need to tick every box — but you'll be someone who:

* Takes pride in creating clean and organised spaces
* Works well in a team and communicates effectively
* Has experience in cleaning, laundry or similar roles (desirable)
* Understands infection control and safe work practices
* Respects confidentiality, dignity and personal boundaries
* Has an interest in supporting people experiencing mental health challenges
* Lived experience of mental health recovery (personally or as a carer) is highly valued.

What you'll need

* National Police Clearance
* Valid WA Driver's Licence
* Working with Children Check

This role is part‐time working Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
