What You'll Do
As a Gym Instructor at WSAC, you'll play a proactive and hands-on role in creating an exceptional member experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide one-on-one support and expert guidance to members
* Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all fitness levels
* Offer tailored advice on exercise techniques and motivate clients to reach their full potential
* Design and delivering innovative, goal-based workout programs for individuals and groups
* Monitor participation, correct technique, and ensure safety at all times
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the gym floor
Your presence will help shape a positive, energetic environment where members feel supported, confident, and inspired.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking passionate professionals who bring:
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
* A valid Working with Children Check
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
* Problem-solving skills and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
* Realibility, teamwork, attention to detail - escpecially around safety and cleanliness
* Genuine enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and inspiring others
