Overview
Dynamics 365 CE Support Functional Consultant is responsible for providing advanced functional support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, troubleshooting, configuring, and maximizing value. This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand (Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane / Auckland / Christchurch).
Responsibilities
- Functional Support: provide functional support for Dynamics 365 CE applications, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations; issue resolution: troubleshoot and manage support tickets to resolution
- Client Communication: maintain transparent communication with clients and provide timely updates on issue resolution
- Configuration and Customization: configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE per business requirements, including entity creation, form customization, and workflow automation
- Training and Documentation: provide user training and create documentation for processes and configurations
- Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for system and process improvements and collaborate with development teams to implement changes
- Compliance and Best Practices: ensure configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organizational guidelines
Requirements
- The right to work in Australia or New Zealand
- Experience: minimum of 3 years supporting and configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications, with end-to-end project lifecycle experience
- Technical Skills: proficient in Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and administration, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Problem-Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
- Customer Focus: strong client-facing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service
- Certifications: relevant Microsoft certifications
