About You You will bring: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Approximately 8 years' experience in a structural consulting environment. Strong experience designing building structures across a range of sectors. Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and local engineering practices. Experience with structural analysis and design software. RPEQ registration, or the ability to obtain it. Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and project teams. A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior engineers. About the Role In this role, you will: Deliver structural design solutions for a variety of building projects. Manage projects from concept through to completion. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and other consultants. Review designs, calculations and technical documentation. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Attend site inspections and assist in resolving technical challenges. Contribute to business development and ongoing client relationships.
