Engineering Manager (FE) - Video Storyline (Remote ANZ)
Join the team redefining how the world experiences video. We are building a brand new team — Video Storyline — to lead the charge in AI-driven video editing experiences.
Where And How You Can Work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney, with a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. We embrace flexibility — you choose where and how you work best with your team.
What You’d Be Doing In This Role
We’re building a new surface from the ground up. Video Storyline will support complex video generation on desktop — including beat-syncing, intelligent timing, and creative composition — powered by AI and designed for everyday users. You will lead and grow a high-performing frontend team focused on AI-powered video editing, deliver intuitive editing surfaces, build expressive tools for sequencing, timing, and audio/visual storytelling, collaborate with technical leadership on interaction patterns, and define and own the frontend technical roadmap. You will champion frontend excellence — performance, responsiveness, and usability.
