Customer experience coordinator - inbound (gold coast)

As the **Customer Service Coordinator**, you will be responsible for qualifying, enriching, referring and following up on all inbound sales and product inquiries. Initiative and an ability to think on your feet will ensure you make a success of this role.

The role is available due to an increase in marketing and market activity. In response, we have the opportunity for an energetic, customer focused individual to help us create the best experience for our customers and ensure our customers purchase the right Adbri product for their projects!

This is a **full-time** position based at our **Head Office in Stapylton, QLD**

Working within the **National Marketing and Business Development** team, you will have the chance to showcase your customer service experience and creativity to help deliver standout end to end customer experiences from lead receipt through to post sales feedback.

**As the successful in this role you will have**:

- High level organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and often think on your feet
- A proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for delivering best in class customer service as evident from your experiences working in service roles
- Whilst not necessary, previous use of a CRM system, SalesForce and live chat will be highly regarded.
