Based in Parramatta fringe with parking provided and close to public transport.
- Manage and schedule a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Drive and provide responsive support service to customers and clients
- Establish KPIs - set, measure and ensure they are met
- Ensure that the centre provides a quality and reliable service
- Lead and manage the team in meeting best practices on an ongoing basis
- Strategically assess efficiencies and productivity of the call centre and implement changes or improvements
- Provide end to end reporting and reports relevant to the business and staff
- Delivery of ongoing training to staff
You will be required to have a high attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Your ability to think and act calmly under high-pressure situations is also required in this role.
Your demonstrated experience and key achievements will need to be evident in your employment history to be able to take on this opportunity. Ideally, your experience will be within in a senior leadership role with particular focus on managing a team. Experience with SAP will also be highly desirable.
