The Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Panel Beater to join our growing maintenance team. This role is responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodies and equipment to a high standard, ensuring our fleet and assets remain safe, reliable, and looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
· Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements
· Repair, replace, and refit damaged panels
· Carry out welding, filling, and cosmetic finishing work
· Restore vehicles to original condition or as directed
· Use mechanical, hydraulic, and metalworking tools safely
· Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
· Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
· Support the broader maintenance team as required
About You
You are a motivated and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in your work.
To be successful, you will have:
· Trade qualification in Panel Beating (essential)
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Forklift licence (advantageous)
