Your Team
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better by improving customer experiences, delivering simplified processes and services, and driving consistency of standards. The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O provides enterprise capabilities and frameworks that govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management, and process mapping.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and update process mapping, including transitioning existing documentation into the SAP Signavio tool.
- Build strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of the processes in the assigned areas.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather and document pain points and requirements for future state.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and drive efficiencies through automation and use of AI.
- Champion the use of enterprise process mapping practices and the enterprise tool (SAP Signavio); support the Lead role to uplift the enterprise capability and the community of practice.
- Engage constructively with stakeholders and communicate clearly and proactively to support alignment and effective outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role‐modeling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end‐to‐end enterprise outcomes.
- Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
- Engage with Enterprise Customer & Operations and cross‐divisional peers to support delivery, coordination and execution outcomes.
Must Have
- Signavio experience
- Design Thinking expertise
- Six Sigma/Lean or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in end‐to‐end process improvement to maximise efficiencies
- Experience presenting, leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders including executive level
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills to interpret business needs and develop effective solutions
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus
- Experience in Design Thinking to ensure customer & employee experience is considered in all design elements
- Experience with problem‐solving techniques (e.g. root‐cause analysis)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
Nice to Have
- Experience in Financial Markets / capital markets
- Worked on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects
- Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, and Confluence)
- Experience driving capability uplift, e.g. "training the trainer"
