Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our front desk operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office and maintaining a professional environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and responding to client enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Booking jobs and assisting with crew scheduling to meet client deadlines.
* Greeting clients and visitors in a welcoming and courteous manner.
* Handling emails, data entry, filing, and general office duties to maintain organisational efficiency.
* Providing administrative support to ensure the daily operation of the office runs smoothly.
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6-12 months of reception or administrative experience required.
* Experience in administration (bonus if you have worked in construction/mining)
* Australian citizenship is mandatory for this position.
* Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills.
* Confidence with computers – Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Basic data entry level Excel proficiency is required.
* Ability to stay on top of tasks and manage your time effectively.
