**The Client**:

Operating out of smick, renovated open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an chance for a Leasing Consultant/ Sales Associate to join a fun, friendly and energetic team.
**You do not need any experience! Just a Certificate of Registration, drivers licence & reliable car.**
**The Role**:
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Liaising with prospective buyers & vendors
- Administration support to a Senior Property Manager
- Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines
- Liaising with tenants
- Training to become a property manager OR Sales Associate
- Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential!
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be immaculately presented
- Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
