Corporate Services Manager

About the Role:
* Lead office support, records management and member facing services
* Oversight of headquarters operations, facilities management and tenancy arrangements
* Support payroll coordination, recruitment and workforce planning
* Assist with ICT coordination, digital systems and vendor management
* Provide high-level administrative and executive support
Key Accountabilities:
1. Coordinate corporate calendars, internal communications and cross-unit workflow support
2. Act as liaison with committees, documentation and logistics
3. Support events, sponsorship coordination and member engagement activities
4. Monitor operational performance, prepare reports and assist with forecasting and compliance
5. Implement business improvement initiatives, process reviews and system enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration or related field
* Demonstrated experience in corporate or operational services management
* Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
