Our client is a highly creative Experiential Design agency embedded in culture; working in the arts, entertainment, hospitality and creative industries. They bring a wide variety of creative projects to life, including festivals and theatre projects, semi-permanent and pop-up installations, brand activations, small to large scale events, as well as high-end hospitality interiors and fit outs. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and accomplished Senior Creative Producer to join their team of creative collaborators
The role:
The role of the Senior Creative Producer is to ensure all projects and productions are managed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner by actively overseeing the brief, creative and production process to ensure the outcome exceeds expectation and maximises revenue.
- End to end Project Management of campaigns, live events and installations
- Creative development of campaigns, event concepts & proposals for client presentation
- Develop and maintain relevant documentation to adhere to WHS standards and liaise with authorities to ensure all planning and permissions are in order
- Recommend, source, and negotiate with all suppliers and ensure all partners deliver high standard work on time and on budget
- Liaise and coordinate with the project team regarding artists, talent, technical and stage direction, set designs as well as theme, styling and dressing, prior to event and throughout the activation
- Produce and ensure timely delivery of status reports and associated event documentation
- Ensure accurate financial management and administration – develop and manage project budgets, supply POs, check and approve all supplier invoices, manage talent and payroll, monitor job cost reports and reconcile jobs – ensuring profitability on each project
- Autonomously run business with scale by building and owning high-level client relationships
Candidate profile:
- An expert in creative development and event management (ideally within the arts, music, entertainment and/or creative industries)
- Thorough knowledge of event production, production processes, WHS & related laws
- Experience in leading and developing project teams
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Well organised with accurate financial and administration skills
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and have strong stakeholder management skills
- You will possess the ability to lead creative pitches, win new business as well as drive projects/teams along with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A true collaborator, you thrive under pressure, are highly organised and possess careful attention to detail
Salary & benefits:
- $130-150K salary inclusive of super (neg.)
