They are currently looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join their team and support their expansion via external acquisitions. Reporting to a GM of Corporate development, and sitting in a close-knit team, this role will be responsible for:
* Evaluating acquisition, divestment, and partnership opportunities.
* Leading financial modelling, valuations, market research, and due diligence.
* Developing investment cases and board presentations.
* Collaborating with internal teams (cross-department) on deal execution and integration.
* Preparing monthly Board packs.
* Analysing Group and subsidiary financial/operational performance.
* Supporting annual budgets and rolling forecasts processes
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, transaction services, or private equity
* Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis, and deal execution skills
* Strong Excel skills - managing large data sets
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
