Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales teams during the presales phase to craft tailored mobility solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather insights and identify opportunities.
- Define, design, and create blueprints for the Mobility Practice's services to align with overall business goals.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customers during the sales process.
- Occasionally support service delivery teams post-sale to ensure seamless implementation.
- Provide SME advice and support to internal teams on product training, marketing, and service delivery.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Telstra Mobility solutions.
- Background in presales or a desire to transition into a presales role.
- Excellent client engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
