Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will join the team as a permanent employee, working in a supportive and safety-focused manufacturing environment with long-term career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture quality products in line with company standards
* Picking, stacking, and handling stock
* Use of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
* Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with WHS requirements
* Support daily production targets as part of a team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience working safely in a manufacturing or factory environment
* Confidence using machinery, tools, and manual handling processes
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* A positive, reliable, and hands‐on attitude
* Sound understanding of Safe Work practices
* Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
