Social Media, Marketing & Live Music Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Park Wyndham in Werribee, Victoria on weekends. As a part-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to promote our exceptional offerings, music line up and hospitality services.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Work with our team to engage with musicians and ensure desired outcomes
* Create and curate compelling visual and written content to showcase our hotels, services, and events
* Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
* Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve our strategies
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels
* Assist with the creation and distribution of various marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and website content
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our digital marketing efforts
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their effective use for business growth
* Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
* Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software
* Proactive, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our brand
