TODS MANDURAH 'iconic' waterfront venue, is seeking an enthusiastic "hands on", customer focused, forward thinking, friendly, fast paced Venue Manager.
Applicants will be strong front of house team players, leading by example in customer service, barista skills, and people management. Computer time is less than an hour a day, working collectively with the Operations Manager in driving figures through sales, service, and guest experiences, not spreadsheets! Candidates must enjoy being on first name terms with our loyal regular client base, being exemplary in hosting, and offer a warm welcoming smile to international tourists visiting Mandurah.
Responsibilities
* Customer satisfaction and making lasting memories
* Roster creation, and in cooperation with a team of duty managers; daily wage control
* Overseeing and in cooperation with a team of duty managers, stock ordering and stock management
* Working with the Ops Manager in staff recruitment, training and development
* Ensuring the venues licenses and OHS standards are in place, up to date, and promoted
TODs cafés proudly deliver award winning BREW coffees, local pressed juices, hand crafted smoothies, a quality wine / cocktail menu, and a "quality" focused food menu. Serving all day breakfast and lunch from 6.30am until 5pm, TODs licensed venues are a bustling, fast paced, fun environment for front of house team members and kitchen staff alike.
Requirements / Availability
* This is a full time position, required to work weekends & public holidays.
* The new Venue Manager must be a certified "morning person", but also enjoys the potential of afternoon sundowners and maximising revenue potential.
