We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Coach (Department Manager) to join our team in the Canberra Store.
You will be the face of NIKE, working with a high-volume and fast-paced environment, where your diverse experience and perspective will guide customers in making informed decisions. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and driving results through your team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Coach: Provide leadership, people development, and feedback to elevate your team's performance
* Drive: Assist your team in achieving targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
* Inspire: Care about your team and maintain a fun work environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses a strong passion for the Nike brand
* Holds area management or multi-site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (50+ employees)
* Can build, lead, and manage large, high-performing teams
* Exhibits strong strategic, problem-solving, and influencing skills
* Has the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
* Showcases sound computer proficiency
