Titan Ford are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.
* Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
* Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests
* Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
* Maintain clear and timely communication with customers throughout the process
* Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor would be valuable but not critical
* Prior customer service/sales experience essential (automotive preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Current driver's licence
