Requirements
A current Police Check
A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Minimum 2 years' experience in support work
Certificate III in Disability (or equivalent qualification)
First Aid and CPR certification
Demonstrated experience supporting clients with mental health needs, complex Trauma and verbal aggression or challenging behaviours.
Experience and capabilities in implementing Restrictive Practices + behaviour support plans

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Use your skills and experience to make informed decisions on the job.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Are experienced in support work or have transferable skills.
Value stability, teamwork, and autonomy in their work.
Communicate clearly and confidently.
Have a caring, empathetic nature and strong problem-solving skills.
Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
