We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently. If you have the curiosity, passion, and team-oriented spirit, work with us, and let's move the world forward together.

About the Team:

The Uber Eats business in APAC continues to grow, creating more earning opportunities for our merchant and delivery partners while offering greater convenience to our customers. #GoGetIt embodies the attitude and mindset of Delivery at Uber; we're on a mission to create magical experiences for all our users, merchant partners, and delivery partners by building the most reliable, innovative, and sustainable marketplace in APAC.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact role within the APAC Regional Strategy & Planning team for Uber Eats; a dynamic and influential group driving the next phase of growth across five key markets: Australia, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business by providing strategic, operational, and analytical guidance to the APAC leadership team. Your work will set the direction for senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the region, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution against Uber Eats' most important bets.

What You'll Do:

- APAC Regional Strategy: Develop and refine the core strategic narrative for Uber Eats in APAC to secure investment and organisational focus on the region's key growth bets.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead the decomposition of the region's most complex and ambiguous business problems into structured, cross-functional workstreams, driving alignment and execution.
- Planning: Design and execute the annual strategic and financial planning cycles for APAC, acting as the bridge between regional leadership and global teams for target setting.
- Performance & Governance: Track regional business performance against key objectives, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership decision-making.
- Leadership Enablement: Partner with the APAC leadership team to prepare materials and insights for key planning, performance, and investment forums.

What You'll Need:

- Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity through structure and insight.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and confidence working with large datasets.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with experience driving large-scale, cross-functional strategic programmes.
- Strong communication and storytelling ability, with the skill to distil complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
