The Role:
* Managing a clean portfolio of properties
* Must have experience at managing a portfolio between properties
* Must have experience with Banking and Trust Accounts
* Landlord and tenant communication
* Arranging repairs and maintenance
* Tribunal preparation and representation
* Managing rent reviews and lease renewals
* Scheduling and completing routine inspections
* Assisting with Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections when needed
The Person:
* Current Real Estate Licence class one or class two is required
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
* Knowledge in Property Me and Inspection Manager is highly regarded
* Confident in conflict resolution and problem solving
* Valid driver License and operational car
* Someone that prides themselves on presentation, written and spoken communication and professionalism
