Join the dedicated team at M & B Flowers' as a Florist in Two Wells, SA. This casual position offers a great opportunity to utilise your floristry skills and creativity in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for crafting beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service to our loyal clients.
What you'll be doing
Designing and creating a variety of floral arrangements, bouquets and other floristry pieces
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to assist clients in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements
Maintaining the retail display and ensuring the shop floor is well‑stocked and presented to the highest standards
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
Working 3 days a week (including every alternative Saturday) hours may increase over busy periods
What we're looking for
5 years experience in floristry
Strong floral design skills and an eye for colour, texture and composition
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation
Flexible and adaptable, able to work as part of a team or independently as needed
Enthusiasm for the floristry industry and a passion for delivering beautiful floral arrangements
