I am looking to speak to experienced Accounts Officers who are looking to join a business where they can take ownership of the accounting functions! Key Responsibilities Accurately process daily invoices and purchase orders Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, Preparing and processing payments to suppliers and following up with debtors and resolve any queries Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger Process payroll, including superannuation, leave accruals, and associated payroll matters Prepare and lodge BAS statements, ensuring full compliance Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting Skills & Competencies Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts officer or similar finance role Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy Confident communicator Ability to work independently while contributing to a team What On Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Encouragement to take ownership Training and development Free onsite parking!
