About The Role
We’re looking for a senior planning leader to own and mature the IBP process across Australia & New Zealand. This full time role will be ideally be based in either Sydney or Adelaide.
This role sits at the centre of commercial, supply, finance and operational decision‑making—shaping one aligned plan that drives service, cost, inventory and long‑term growth.
You’ll have the mandate and visibility to lift planning discipline, build capability and influence regional and global stakeholders during a period of significant transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full ANZ IBP cycle (Demand, Supply & Management Business Reviews).
* Improve planning discipline, data integrity and decision quality.
* Lead Demand Planning to improve accuracy and embed commercial insights.
* Partner with Supply Planning to convert demand into executable production & inventory plans.
* Surface risks, constraints and scenarios to support informed decision‑making.
* Build and develop a high‑performing planning team.
* Represent ANZ in global IBP forums and planning design work.
About You
You are a strategic planning leader with the presence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders. You simplify complexity, bring structure to ambiguity, and make sound decisions under pressure.
You bring at least one deep pillar - Finance, Commercial or Supply Chain - and the ability to integrate all three.
What You'll Bring
* 8+ years’ experience in IBP, Demand Planning or Supply Chain leadership
* Deep understanding of supply planning, inventory and production optimisation
* Proven success implementing or improving IBP/S&OP processes
* Multi-site or multi-market planning experience
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence across commercial, finance and operations.
* Skilled in planning tools (Anaplan ideal; JDE/FPAR/SAP beneficial).
* Confident challenging assumptions and navigating complexity.
* Experience in transformation or evolving systems environments.
* Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Business (highly desirable)
* APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBP certification (highly desirable)
