**Job Title:** Emerging Technology Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to join our Networks & IT team. As an Emerging Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and validating new technologies to enhance network service offerings and improve customer value propositions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly. You will work closely with our team members, industry partners, and customers to design innovative product roadmaps and create competitive differentiation, growth, cost savings, and customer service improvements.
You will also be responsible for identifying and adhering to relevant special conditions, such as Technical/HS&E relating to project/s within the area of work.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of assigned work tasks and leverage your knowledge and practical experience to quickly and efficiently create high-quality output within agreed delivery timeframes.
- Collaborate with team members, industry partners, and customers to provide support in the design of innovative product roadmaps to create competitive differentiation, growth, cost savings, and customer service improvements.
- Continue to build your knowledge of best practice industry trends through active thought leadership, and contribute specific product, segment, or domain expertise to enable the team to continuously improve product performance.
- Is responsible for identifying and adhering to relevant special conditions, such as Technical/HS&E relating to project/s within the area of work.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated capability: Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to adapt quickly
