Construction Manager with civil and roads experience Your new company Leading global EPC contractor delivering major energy and infrastructure projects across Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager Civil (Public Roads & Bridges) to lead the delivery of complex road and bridge works associated with large-scale infrastructure projects.This role will be responsible for full-cycle construction management of public road and bridge works delivered under Australian Government and NSW Government frameworks, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Your new role As Construction Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of public road and bridge construction works, ensuring compliance with TfNSW and Australian Road Authority standards while managing complex site, traffic, and stakeholder interfaces.Key responsibilities include: Managing full-cycle public road and bridge construction, including new works, upgrades, and rehabilitation Delivering works under Australian Government and NSW Government projects Overseeing construction activities such as: Road widening and pavement strengthening Bridge rehabilitation, piling, deck, and girder construction Drainage, earthworks, and civil structures Developing and approving construction methodologies and method statements, including: Delivery and offloading of large plant and equipment (including 500kV transformers)Road and bridge diversions compliant with TfNSW and Australian Road Authority standards.
