Program Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Leader to deliver impactful programs in schools, maintain relationships with students, community members, and school staff.
This key role will work collaboratively with students to improve attendance and performance, develop career pathways, and strengthen cultural pride and identity through life skills, personal development, and long-term resilience.
* Deliver program planning, coordination, and implementation for NASCA programs in schools.
* Maintain meaningful relationships with students, community members, and school staff.
* Provide mentorship and support to First Nation students aged 12-18, including facilitating workshops, providing in-class tutoring, and outside class assistance.
* Develop and implement Personalised Learning Pathway Plans for NASCA students.
* Work collaboratively with school staff and other program workers to achieve program goals.
Requirements
* Formal qualifications in teaching, social sciences, Indigenous studies, coaching, youth and community services, or Health.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations.
* Facilitation skills, presenting, or working with children and young people.
* Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
