Job Title: Senior Inspector of Explosives

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the achievement of operational objectives by conducting regular site visits and providing expert advice.
* Timely response to incidents, recovery, and disposal of explosives within the wider community.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated practical experience in explosives industries, mining, or technical and health and safety.
* Ongoing professional development through technical and health and safety training or equivalent.
* Experience with shift work, on-call, or after-hours roster arrangements.
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, mechanical, or science desirable.
* Medical assessment and security clearance required.
* Current open Australian driver's license essential for regular regional travel.
