Overview
Our customers never expect to have an accident. Your role is to provide stress relief and peace of mind to our customers when they need us most. You will work with repairers and customers, communicate the progress of repairs, and make decisions to get the car back on the road.
Accountabilities
* Be proactive, identify issues, remove blockers and above all, make decisions to get customers repairs completed on time the first time.
* Be a part of a team, support your team members and add to a vibrant work environment.
* Be responsible for your actions, have an open mind and be willing to learn.
