Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced project environment? We're looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to take ownership of purchasing and accounts payable functions, while supporting broader finance operations across a high-profile project.
What you'll be doing:
* Own the purchasing process: create requisitions, manage orders, and set up vendors in Ariba
* Keep things moving, respond to supplier queries, receipt goods and invoices, and ensure compliance
* Support the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks
* Help us stay audit-ready with accurate reporting and healthy accounts payable practices
* Play a part in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by following HSE procedures
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in finance administration
* Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (preferred)
* Solid understanding of project accounting in operations or maintenance settings
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
