Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail outlets in Northern Queensland.
Our Mareeba site is a busy 24-hour Fuel, Convenience Retail and Café operation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Café Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality standards and excellent customer service. Our cafe is known for fresh, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere - you'll play a key role in continuing that reputation. Reporting to our Retail Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the team while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the café operation.
Management experience in the fuel or fast food industry is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the daily operation of the café, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality standards
* Profitability of the café, minimizing stock loss, wastage and shortages
* Quality control
* Monitoring inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are appropriately maintained
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment compliant with Company policies
* Handling any customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner
* Assisting in the retail space when required
* Food management supervision
The Successful Applicant
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including best practice food hygiene practices
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion to deliver good quality food
* Ability to maneuver heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)
