At Studio Orange, we're not just making videos – we're crafting engaging, entertaining content that truly connects. As our next Video Content Producer, you won't just manage film projects; you'll be at the forefront of bringing compelling narratives to life, leading our talented film production team and collaborating closely with our awesome accounts and animation crew.
This is your chance to dive headfirst into a role that blends hands-on shoot work with dynamic project leadership and coordination. You'll be the vital link, working directly with clients to shape their vision into captivating digital, long-form, short-form, and social video content.
But it's not all about the big picture – we're looking for someone who's keen to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the nitty-gritty too, from location shoots to fine-tuning the final edit. You'll be an exceptional communicator, expertly managing expectations both internally and with our clients, all while keeping everything impeccably organised. Plus, you'll have ownership of our studio space and gear, ensuring everything is primed for creative action.
This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to build, run, and lead our film team and studio, making a real impact on the direction and quality of our productions.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Lights, Camera, Action! You'll be out in the field, capturing stunning visuals and compelling interviews, often independently while representing Studio Orange with flair.
Ignite the Creative Spark: In pre-production, you'll collaborate closely with clients, injecting your creative ideas to develop concepts that are both imaginative and achievable.
Craft the Magic in Post: You'll take the lead in editing major projects, ensuring they meet our high standards, and you'll also mentor and oversee the post-production work of other editors. Keeping our digital house in order with meticulous file management is also key.
Be the Driving Force: This is your chance to grow with us and be the primary champion for all film projects and creative initiatives.
Build Bridges: You'll foster strong relationships with clients, freelancers, and other industry professionals.
Own It & Run With It: We encourage autonomy and trust you to take ownership of your projects, keeping everyone informed with clear and professional communication.
Make it Happen: Initiative is key – we want someone who takes responsibility and drives tasks to completion.
Collaboration is Our Jam: We thrive on teamwork! Expect an open, supportive, and even fun-loving environment where collaboration fuels our best work.
Gear Guru & Studio Management: You'll manage our equipment and studio, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition.
Our Core Values – The DNA of Studio Orange:
Collaboration: We believe the best ideas are born from working together, sharing perspectives, and supporting each other.
Ownership: We empower our team to take pride in their work, drive projects forward, and see them through to successful outcomes.
