About the Role
As our Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital. This is a key leadership role within our reception team, combining customer service excellence with administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and their pets
* Manage appointment bookings and reception workflow
* Supervise and support the reception team
* Handle phone enquiries, emails, and client communications
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Liaise with veterinarians and nursing staff to ensure efficient patient flow
* Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
About You
* Previous veterinary clinic or medical reception experience preferred
* Proven experience in a senior reception, supervisory, or team‐lead role
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
* Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude toward clients and animals
